If you can find a copy I would suggest the first Sly Cooper game.

I was so happy for Scar when he got that wheelchair.
That is seriously fucked up.
Maybe I'm just getting old, but these "special" flavors are just ridiculous. There is nothing wrong with regular old peeps. You want extreme peeps? Go play Pudgy Bunny and try not to choke; no special flavors required.
Can confirm this is true. I've been having a hellish time at work this past month but I still hanging in there, have three completed sets of knitted socks, and my feet are super toasty. Two outta three ain't bad.
The article says that one of the contaminates was ethylene glycol. That is truly one of the most horrible poisons to die from. Like how did that even get in there?
Okoye (Danai Guria) from the Black Panther movies. Went with my husband to see this movie and when we were walking back to the car he said "Damn, Okoye was hot, she reminds me of you." ❤️ He also has a thing for Grace Mallory from the show The Boys. I think I created a monster.
I think of myself as more of a masochist.
American here, the gas station is our version of the local corner store. Most places you have to drive to get to it but where I live there is one right at the entrance to the neighborhood and lots of adults/kids do walk there. I would sorely miss it if it was gone.
I kind of get the point you're trying to make but I very much disagree. This line of thinking is one of the reasons US healthcare is so hellbent on pushing PAs and NPs to fill the doctor gap. And it's not working because there is no substitute for a well trained doctor or specialist.
People will come and go throughout your life and I completely understand that is a really scary concept for most folks. Blood family connections are mostly a given in life (whether you want them or not) but all other connections are something you have to consciously work at. You just have to keep an open mind and look for opportunities to form those connections with others. Maybe you'll become a mentor for some else going through a similar life situation. Maybe you'll get "adopted" by an elder who has love to give. And maybe you'll become an auntie/uncle to nibblings (blood relatives or adopted). None of these roles will give you the real experience of parenthood and that's ok because every role is valid and there is no guarantee in life that says we get to experience them all. You'll find that the roles you come to fill and work on are the ones you really need in the end.
And if you do want more try out Unfinished Swan.
