I immigrated to the us as a child, now as an adult I'm considering a move to Europe for the quality of life. Immigration is not easy though but if the US becomes the hell hole the gop wants, I'm out dawg.

I still don't understand their hesitation, they are still advocating for hydrogen instead of batteries. And even then, they haven't built any infrastructure to support hydrogen cars like tesla did for battery cars.

I work at an enterprise software company and have some well known, security conscience customer. The above is only true for us humans, if you have the money, you can dictate whatever the fuck you want.

In the us, there is insulation in the outer walls to maintenance indoor temperature.

Shit insulation means you have to do a lot more work to heat or cool a sapce.

What I've learned at least about the houses in the UK is that the homes are old and drafty so it's not about the size of the unit but the insulation being poor.
