Waxing doesn't fuck up laser longterm, but you can't wax while getting treatment and should stop a month or so before you start. When you wax, it pulls out the entire hair, including the part below the skin, and it's that part that you need to conduct the energy from the laser into the follicle and destroy it. Epilation obviously has the same problem.
