I never fucked with H, but i had extremely similar experiences when i dabbled in opioids during the drug nerd phase i went through as an egg. I didn't use anything regularly, so i can't weigh in on effects of prolonged T suppression (and tbh the testosterone blood levels in the paper sound like nothing to write home about when you compare them to standard dosages of actual anti-androgens, i'm at about a tenth of that with 5mg cypro/d), but the whole "gender euphoria instead of sedation" thing is something i always felt to a really extreme degree when i got high. These were genuinely the only times i ever felt at home in my body before my egg cracked and i got on E, and it made me go completely nuts, the joy of feeling whole was indescribable. I didn't make the connection what "tilidine makes me feel like Major Kusanagi in a new cybernetic body" said about my relation to my gender, and i couldn't know back then that all the weird psychosomatic pain i was in (and that disappeared on opioids) was my way of expressing dysphoria before i properly understood it. But in hindsight, it's kinda obvious what was going on there.

Cypro doses are often higher than they need to be. I went down from 10mg to 5mg after my first year of HRT, my T remained as low as before and my mood improved a lot.
The annoyance on here comes from transphobic dorks misgendering every transfem in gaming and anime as a femboy. It's a common strategy to dogpile on any trans representation in these areas and to systematically form mobs to harass and attack trans women in these communities. That background makes cis men and obvious eggs complaining about being called trans in denial by one or two baby trans girls on reddit come off as whiny fucks drenched in cis privilege, especially when they outright used transphobic talking points and refuse to engage with criticism of that, as has happened on here.

Most of the things that make people read a voice as masculine or feminine are behavioral, not organic. Many people unconsciously model their way of talking around gendered expectations, and that means the way you talk changes whenyour egg cracks and meeting these expectations suddenly becomes a source of pain. I know several trans women who talk very differently to how they did pre-transition without any voice training.

Don't get me wrong, the CDU/CSU (biggest opposition party) does state they want to bring back concription, it's just that they'd have to form a coalition with the Greens, the SPD, or both, who are very clearly against this. The only way they could pull this off would be either a landslide victory that none of the losers leading the CDU/CSU right now could conceivably pull off, or a full descent into fascism where they form a government with the far-right AfD. This isn't something "Germany" considers, it's a pipe dream where right wing boomers can fantasize about pressing zoomers into military service.
It's also entirely possible to read the motivation of the Republican party as representatives of a new industrial-urban bourgeoisie rising up against the established postcolonial plantation bourgeoisie and wanting to repatriate an increasingly restive black population once it can be replaced with the latest generations of new immigrants. At least that's how Settlers puts it.
Edit: That's obviously not to say they weren't justified in abolishing slavery, or that celebrating John Wilkes Booth isn't among the grossest, most racist, "let's go back to the plantation" shit you can pull as a party, and i'd argue that the North acted way too mildly against the plantation owners after the war as well. Just saying that on the level of political decision makers, it may be impossible to find a non-racist side here.
That's a really high CPA dose for HRT, you can probably adjust that downwards without any negative effects. I'd try halving your dose for a few weeks, see if anything changes, and when you're fine you might be able to go down even further.
