Well, if political emails didn't read like spam so often, they probably wouldn't be as much of a problem... Despite not even being a US citizen or living in the US, I still sometimes get US political emails or end up signed up to email lists, so they get marked as spam!

I'm seeing a lot of error 500s trying to access posts from the politics@lemmy.world magazine (even accessing the magazine itself is returning 500 at the moment).

Except they're not in Parliament. The Voice is a body that can make submissions to Parliament; they don't get to make the decisions. Parliament is still made up of elected representatives.

Yes, I'm seeing the same behaviour too, with one having upvotes and the other having none.
