That's the other issue, kids will find ways around it they always have when it comes to restrictions.

It's all a ploy to monitor adults under the guise of "save the children"

The only way to prove you're not under 16 is to provide valid id and I'm not doing that to use anything

Yeah I'm Australia we have just decided to ban all social media for people under 16, i think it's great honestly because screw from insta etc but I don't think it's the government ls job to prevent kids from using social media.

I really think it's a way to force adults to register their id to accounts not about protecting kids.

Parents should monitor what their kids are doing not the government

Small to medium shops all around my town in Australia.

It's started to make me think about returning to cash, but it's $3.20 to get cash out unless you go to the bank during their office hours

The latest that drives me mad is the 1.5 surcharge they're putting on pay wave transactions now.

They pushed it free convenient etc etc and now charge extra for it regardless of debit or credit card

Feasible but it's a long con. Although big corporations can play these games i guess

Part of me wonders if this is all a play to boost crypto values by the execs in these industries.

I live off a credit card, my money sits inside an offset account against my home loan the interest charged on that is calculated every 30 days at the end of the month so the more cash I have in there the less interest I pay on my mortgage.

The credit card is free with no fees or interest provided I pay it off on time with that date being every 30 days from the 15th of the month.

Thus at the end of the month when interest is calculated on my home loan I have more cash in my account then I would if I had of spent 2k that month on bills etc.

The other benefit is I earn points that the bank will exchange for cash with me so it's kinda like free money.

For context I'm Australian with an Australian bank.

This set up is great if you're disciplined for anyone due to the points etc however if you screw up spend beyond your means etc you will incur interest and that's not good.

I make sure to never spend more then I actually have and it has worked wonders for me.

In the past 10 years I've probably been made about 7k back in points value.

Cash flights etc all for spending exactly as I do.

I should note the card is provided to me as part of my home loan package hence it has no fees attached as I pay an upfront cost for the "home loan wealth package"

There was a bloody big croc cruising up the river.

He lives there all the time, You don't go into the water here

My question is around pty Ltd taxation. Small businesses pay tax at 25 percent or so right.

So is this tax paid on the gross income or am I correct in assuming is paid on the gross profit?

Example

Company bills labour out at 100 an hour for 40 hours

This equates to 4000 dollars gross profit.

Is tax paid at this point paying 1000 dollars in tax.

Or do you then subtract say 50 dollars an hour of wages for 40 hours resulting I'm a net profit of 2000 then pay tax on 2000 dollars left in the companies account of 500 dollars tax?

Then the employee pays their share of tax on the 2000 dollars the company paid to them?

Secondly, if the company pays super on the hours worked, do they pay tax after super is deducted or before super is deducted from profits?

Sorry if this is confusing I'm very confused to begin with.

I Want to talk to an accountant but this time of year isn't the best for that, so I'm just trying to get some understanding before I go in and talk to one in the new year.

If anyone can explain how it can be 3.3 ounces in the new can and 3.6 in the old while grams and millilitres remain the same i would love to know.

The damn can is also ever so slightly smaller you can see it very well but you can feel it and measure it

Typical two pieces of bread with something inside.

I think 9 bites, unfortunately with only one bite in the centre being crustless.
