The grant is for the construction industries benefit, not the homebuyers. It's another way to funnel taxpayer money into corporate hands.

You know what’s even better than stories passed down verbally for tens of thousands of years that certainly don’t reflect our rapidly changing climate?

Evidence and data driven science.

Maybe try feeding the same AI up to date accurate information and see if it’s less prone to error as well.

There is merit in not applying a European seasonal model to our part of the world. There is not merit in replacing it with an ancient weather system.

Why?

Because sexism and racism. Nobody is safer in the world than a white woman, and no one has it worse than a PoC man.

 

he United States has attacked three nuclear sites inside Iran, Donald Trump has said in a post on Truth Social.

"We have completed our very successful attack on the three nuclear sites in Iran, including Fordow, Natanz, and Esfahan," he said.

The president said all planes "were now outside of Iranian air space" and that a "full payload of bombs" was dropped on the primary site of the Fordow nuclear bunker, a heavily fortified facility built underground inside Iran.

 

It appeared to be a relatively routine moment captured outside an Arkansas prison.

An older man, dressed in a black uniform, black cap and a tactical vest pushes a heavy cart out of the front gate and across the bitumen.

No one stops him. An officer monitoring the gate opens it, and he continues on his way. The day continues as normal.

Except for one thing — the man seen in the grainy surveillance camera photo is not a prison guard.

He’s a convicted rapist, murderer and disgraced police chief dubbed the "Devil in the Ozarks", meant to be serving a decades-long sentence.

The photo marks the beginning of his 12 days on the run.

 

Australia's sanctions against two far-right Israeli government ministers have been condemned by the US secretary of state, Marco Rubio.

Foreign Minister Penny Wong on Wednesday morning announced Australia would join New Zealand, Canada, Norway and the United Kingdom in sanctioning Itamar Ben-Gvir and Bezalel Smotrich.
