Things have been pretty overwhelming. It's a difficult and stressful time at work and in my personal life and I don't feel like I can talk to people about it. It'll be ok though, I'm working through things but it might be a little while before it's really under control. My fitness routine is the thing keeping me sane right now so I'm grateful for that.
