I’ve had three Jeep wranglers across the past 20 years and I liked them because they were fun to drive, easy to fix, and relatively cheap. That’s not the case anymore so when my current Jeep dies I’ll likely end up in some kind of EV. If money weren’t an issue I would do a new Bronco with 35s but those are insanely priced. If I had no choice and needed a car now I would probably do a used BMW 3 series like the e90 or something.

Yeah, this sounds like, “Gen Z won’t put up with the same levels of bullshit as their predecessors “

I started DuoLingo a couple of years ago and slowly started learning German just for fun. It’s like 5-15 minutes a day and I’ve gotten decent at the language without a whole lot of effort. It’s no Rosetta Stone but they keep it fun and interesting.

These hardliners complaining about what gets funded during the shutdown and they are the ones causing the shutdown. Just don’t shutdown the goddamn government and people won’t be impacted.

I waited on CP2077 till a year into release and had a blast playing it on the Deck. I’m going to do the same thing with Starfield where I will wait to see if they can get it running in the Deck and maybe then give it a shot.

And to think, if they just went home everything would conclude and everyone would be happy.

Dude you know there is a writers strike right now. This is the work of some studio exec pushing content through chatGPT. Blame the AI.

With my job I used to have to fly out and meet business teams every few weeks at their office. Now our business partners have staff working remotely so I no longer have to fly out to their offices as their staff aren’t there. That means we do everything via Zoom and meet more often and engage more directly than previously. It also means that I and my team no longer fly on an airline every few weeks. Everyone wins in this new paradigm except those that focus on business air travel.

Do these still require a Facebook login? I’ve wanted to get a VR headset for a while but am waiting on a device that isn’t too expensive and doesn’t require Facebook.
