There are other such services such as addy.io but SimpleLogin is a lot better integrated IME. Addy for example can be quite janky; adding a big message up top of the email and such.
There's also the fact that you only need to trust a single entity for email if you use SL + ProtonMail.

Videos are shared p2p between users currently watching the same video. Even then they only keep a certain amount in cache to share with others, so they must watch roughly the same section of the video as each other aswell.

Mal eine Beispielrechnung: Um mit einem 500kg Fahrzeug den selben "Blödsinn" anzustellen, wie mit einem 2.8t Vorstadtpanzer der eine Übliche Geschwindigkeit wie etwa 50km/h fährt, müsste man satte 120 km/h schnell fahren.
Wann war es dir das letzte Mal überhaupt physisch möglich innerhalb einer Typischen 50er-Zone ansatzweise 120 zu fahren? Selbst als dummer Fahranfänger wär das ne Nummer zu blöd in 99.99999999% der Fälle.
Gleiches Beispiel ein bisschen anders rum gerechnet: Nehmen wir an wir haben eine Opa, der mit seinem 2.8t Mercedes-Panzer mit 50km/h durch den Ort juckelt oder einen 18 Jährigen Fahranfänger in einem 500kg Kleinwagen, mit dem blödsinnig 20km/h zu schnell fährt.

I can't remember the last time I saw a graph starting at a non-zero value where it showed anything other than noise whereas they almost always skew my initial impression of the data. If there's no point in doing it but a major downside, I see no point in having them for any reason other than to mislead people.
