He’s also a rare case where the video is more interesting than the title/thumbnail

It's insane but it's true. Great guy.

The ones primarily filled with assholes. Hexbear and Lemmygrad for now.

I mean, comments have languages and you can filter but the automatic detection isn't very good.

The ability to mark communities as being a certain language by default (applying to all posts and comments unless specified or detected otherwise) would be great though.

It blocks their replies from reaching your inbox but I really wish it blocked their comments generally too or at least put them behind a content warning/hides it.

Me too still. It gets better though.

There is no such thing as "directly" DX. The drivers of the major GPU vendors on Windows must also implement DX ontop of their internal abstractions over the hardware.

While Vulkan will theoretically always have more "overhead" compared to using the hardware directly in the best possible manner, the latter isn't even close to being done anywhere as it's not feasible.

Therefore, situations where a driver implemented atop of VK being faster than a "native" driver are absolutely possible, though not yet common. Other real-world scenarios include Mesa's Zink atop of AMD's Windows VK driver being much better than AMD's "native" OpenGL driver, leading to a dev studio of an aircraft sim shipping it in a real game.

Who are your users? Where are they located?

if they are very paranoid about something like this best bet would be to export your subscriptions to a new dummy Gmail just for YouTube

That too will be linked to your person. Google doesn't care whether you're using an account, whether your account has your clear name or what client you're using. They will use every mean available to them to ID and profile you; that's absolutely core to their multi-billion dollar business model.
