Well it's different, per sub. I am/was mod of /r/GMECanada, and we can still say 'lemmy' there and direct-link with no issues.

The lemmy keyword ban is definitely a thing on r/Superstonk; if I recall correctly I even got a scolding for mentioning lemmy once on r/GMEJungle though as well.

That was all back in July. I wouldn't be surprised if reddit admins as a whole aren't starting to crack down on mention of external platform migration discussions, though...

I can personally attest that 'lemmy' is a banned keyword on reddit /r/Superstonk. Mods said so in my perma-ban message.

They're afraid Apes will escape their narrative-cage and start talking elsewhere. Might be merely mod power-tripping, might be mods with secret orders to suppress and contain/smother the entire movement.

I've taken to occasionally DMing apes on reddit in /r/Superstonk discussions when they talk about censorship letting them know lemmy is 'out there' waiting for them :P. I would encourage others here to do the same.

Ooooh no I don't.

But I think I do remember they changed the equation (after this, I presume) for calculating SI, adding SI to the denominator so it's now impossible to even report > 100%.

WTF America. Don't you have some sort of neutral House Constable with powers to kick out these idiots in cases like this? How can they just ignore official results without consequence?

It sounds like there needs to be a bottom-to-top reform of the law where every 'norm' that used to be assumed, gets new enforceable law to back it up.

I was sort of hoping there was a The The album auf Deutsch I'd never heard :)

Is The The (The band/Matt Johnson) actually called Die Die in Germany?

Is this serious? Like do you need help? (Amazing to think someone can post in realtime this way if so, from the middle of the friggin ocean)

Just go read the original source, djb's blog post about it.

TL;DR: he thinks NIST either (through incompetence or NSA pressure) misrepresented NTRU vs. KYBER, and that KYBER-512 might be weaker than claimed so use KYBER-768.

... for now.

Got Steam with Proton going on my Devuan laptop a few weeks ago, and very impressed with how many games work. I might just get a Deck, after trying out a friend's.

I think M$ needs to be very afraid -- probably why they bought Activision and are trying to dig their way deeper into the gaming ecosystem.
