I've never played Warhammer and have little interest... but this, this has my attention.
My first thought too, with that thumbnail :)
Ah :). Hmm, well someone else had a similar situation as you, perhaps xmms with those tweaks would work?
Myth: The Fallen Lords could use a good successor using modern tech. But keep the mechanics and storyline essentials the same, it was amazing.
EDIT: And Thief: The Dark Project too. (Styx: Master of Shadows felt a bit like a spiritual successor, but not quite..)
QMMP is good enough for me on Linux, feels like basic WinAMP which is all I need.
Can't even mount a USB flash drive or SD card?
If you can't use any removable storage, then a web-based cloud or p2p service might be the only way.
How about magic wormhole? You could self-host that on your server. Unless the work PC bans outright drag 'n drop file uploads to a web page ...
Bwahah, yeah right he introduced her as being on the legal defense team on camera at at least one press conference.
So that's what inspired Giger's Alien mouth-in-mouth horror then? Yikes.
Oh, but that will all happen after the rich jerks who caused all this are dead, so it doesn't matter! Why would they do anything to stop it?
EDIT: Plus they already have their apocalypse bunkers lined up so even if it all hits sooner, who cares about the poors right?
Oh, no need to apologize to me :) I lost all enthusiasm for reddit around the July 1st timeframe with the API fiasco, and especially after the superstonk mods banned me for replacing my old comments (as a protest action) with a placeholder mentioning lemmy and encouraging users to try it out. IMHO my comments are my comments regardless of platform, so I assert I have a right to update them as I see fit, at any time. But the mods apparently did not agree.
Isn't that kinda what flies do, to digest their food? Sure you're not a fly yourself?
