Only if you can’t fix something do you do a hard wipe. No need to reset every 6 months. Why would Apple design a phone that has to be reset so often?

I really think you should speak the mental health specialist. This sounds like paranoia. I hope you feel better soon. Btw the chance of your phone actually being tapped is practically nil.

Just buy a coloured cable? I use a 30 ft blue cable that is just as fast as the aftermarket one. Not that difficult or serious.

This seems like a dumb thing to waste your time on. Buy a cheap laptop and play with that. Linux is a great sandbox to play with.

I have this issue too. Been an off-on ambulatory wheelchair user and just accepted my watch would give me any credit for walking/standing.

If this is a business phone then probably nothing you can do, if this is a personal phone you use for business maybe ask for a business phone so you don’t have to deal with this.
