None of the charges or evidence are going to be what they should be held on trial for

My psychologically abusive weather app told me when I woke up that the high wouldn't be 100 degrees this time, it would just be 92. Two hours later when I'm dressed for work, it says 100. bern-disgust

Stank ass reporting for doody

A voltron of 90's comedians who can't get a laugh out of an audience younger than they are

Ah, yes. The television station. Bag ration. I'm following the topic.

I almost ran over somebody's (?) calico cat that, no doubt scared of the fireworks going off everywhere, darted out right the fuck in front of my driver side tire. I missed it by MAYBE 2 feet at the most. I BARELY reacted while it was still in front of me and honestly I don't know if I only missed it out of luck or what. FUCKING. TERRIFYING.

I fucking hate cars I miss my fucking bike so much.

If you let them in you drive away the people they're hateful towards. Eventually they take over the community. The only way to stop that is to nip it in the bud.

A group of 84 workers at Amazon's warehouse in Palmdale, California, won voluntary recognition by Battle-Tested Strategies, a third-party delivery contractor, to be represented by the Teamsters.

Battle-Tested Strategies is one of the legions of third-party delivery firms contracted by Amazon to shuttle packages to shoppers' doorsteps.

"We want fair pay and safe jobs, to be able to provide food for our families," said Rajpal Singh, an Amazon delivery driver at the Palmdale facility, in a statement. "We want to know we will make it home to our families at night after delivering Amazon packages in the extreme heat. We organized with the Teamsters to change our working conditions for the better."

Amazon said in a statement that it had terminated Battle-Tested before Monday's union announcement, though it didn't say when the contract ended.

Let's say you have two cats and you'd rather go homeless than them.

I'm not even sure it would open up my search to include anywhere I'd be able to afford.

I'm uhhhh buccaneer

They suck so much

I'd love to see those Hexbears have an answer for this!

"Handy Andy" in Vancouver Washington is a CONVENIENCE (fixed) store that changed hands to a new owner recently. If you look at the reviews from before the change, you'll notice that they're mostly glowing and refer to the wonderful employees, many by name.

Well all those employees are now fired. The new management got rid of all of the non-white employees and replaced them with family members.

Here's my friend in their own words recounting their interaction with the new owner:

Okay the first one of these I get it. But the most attention should be on those removed comments at the bottom of the list. So from the bottom:

What's the purpose of removing a comment asking @MomoTimeToDie@sh.itjust.works what a 'momo' is and why it's 'time to die'? Doesn't that seem like a good fucking question? Why is a mod stepping in on this? If I were a moderator I sure would want to know what's up with that.

What rule is broken by saying their instance is bad? And in reply to a story about naked unashamed bigotry being allowed on it no less.

A smarmy little paragraph calling out someone for being toxic and whining about toxicity in return? Nary an expletive.

And just what the hell is wrong with the comment second from the top?
