1-2 beers a week I think. Couple weekends in a year with maybe six or so portions.

So none of the links say that the statement is "badly flawed". Two of them are about consultation on this labeling or in allergens in general, and two mention that the labeling is a problem because it is not required / there is no clear policy behind it.

Sure, I agree that there should be a policy about when the label is required.

Edit. most people being people without life threatening or severe allergies.

Wait why not? Or do you mean that the terminology is off or? And how is it get out of jail free card? If the label is there then it has been made in a factory where the manufacturer cannot guarantee cross-contamination free product. Seems perfectly fine to me, most people have no issue with that. If you are very allergic to dairy for instance then obviously you should not use these products. Same as with tons of allergies.

instead of you telling the employer that they have to prove their value or the deal is off.

What?

Performance review is from the employers side, obviously.

There is nothing stopping from you to walking into your boss' office and telling them that you're not getting paid enough for the work you do. Then either they pay you more or don't and you find a better job.

Yeah, so problem isn't phones. Problem is that teachers don't have enough authority. If teachers cannot take away the phone, then just toss them out.

I feel like this "ban phones" is getting common but it does not fix the actual problem of teachers not being able to keep discipline in class.

Is it literally about sitting or more that you can't be still? My dad has tried a bunch of walking treadmills etc while coding and nothing really worked well (hard to walk while you code, messed with his wrists) until he got this chair that basically just had pedals on it. Easier to cycle than to walk and his issues went away.

Also they're very small!

Thankfully you can right click the "back" button and it'll give you a list of couple of last sites and you can just so it from there. It is still annoying though.
