How close is this game to Don't Starve? I tried getting into it with a friend of mine but couldn't and dropped it after a couple of runs.

I play with friends. It is out hang out time. That is the addictive part. I can't play single player games at all, always get bored after couple of hours. Solo online games are pretty much the same.

My fiancee has mental issues and using logic will get you nowhere. It is fine to say it and remind them of it but not start arguing or anything. It is not like they have much of a choice, or they do but it is fucking difficult.
This was the reason Lennu was left out of media a while after he started getting attention by them. The presidential family said that due to inbreeding and health problems the breed has they did not want to give it a spotlight. And Lennu was seen no more around cameras.
