No. Every era produces plenty of shit music, but as time goes on the better music is what is remembered. Also the songs that end up having lasting power decades from now are often not the "hit" songs of the day. Hell even the best artists of the era did bad songs, or songs the fans loved but the critics reviled. Google the reviews for "Kokomo", it's wild.

Um I guess you forgot the results of that test.... Changing lanes got to the destination faster, not always by a large amount but obviously there are always other factors. But don't let facts get in the way of your biases.

No it's efficiency and common sense. If people behind you want to pass and you have space to move out of the passing lane move. Then they can go the speed they want to go and you can go the speed you want to go. What you're saying is they should have to go the speed you want to go, why?
Transporting livestock absolutely requires documentation, and $17 is getting off easy. Bringing an animal to a new location where it could potentially come in contact with local wildlife and you better be damn sure of it's provenance, immunizations, testing, etc. It sounds like they're not requiring any of that, presumably because it's an isolated population and most of the requirements aren't needed, so all they need is the document showing where the animal came from. Of all the things to be mad at bureaucracy about this is not one of them.
