gotta keep out them poors. and by poors i mean everyone making under $1m/year.

if the lots could be split and duplexed, that might allow those that make ~$250k per year to move in.

The glasses let users listen to music, take photos or videos, and ask Meta AI questions...

so... there is no benefit to wearing them.

i would love a new technology that does something groundbreaking (though only if it has an open source equivalent; im not buying anything from facebook), but this doesnt seem like it.

being 8 times dumber than someone does not mean the other person is 8 times smarter than the other.

1/8 of the smart is what the alien is looking for.

i have an electric car and electric bicycle (american; suburb - forced car use). having an electric car is so much better than my old regular one not only because of emissions, but i have solar panels at home. free "gas" and never having to go to a gas station is super underrated.

i bike ~90% of the time, anyways, but its nice to never have to do any of that stuff. the car is 2.5 years old and it has ~7.5k miles on it... most of which was my wife driving my car when hers broke, heh.

it has been difficult for me to find reliable or consistent information on things like e-bikes, e-scooters, and other forms of personal transport, mostly due to the market being flooded by fly-by-night companies.

is there a good resource that any of you use, especially for reviews of well-respected brands?

intentionally not showing photo because its always super gross in there. its cleaning like 10% better now. #worth
