Like ICE, though, Vanilla was just stealing lines from his predecessors

Maybe. I think I stopped watching after the social credit episode in the first season. Maybe I'll check it out again if I ever have another reason to get Hulu.

Thanks ^^

The Orville.

I'm sorry! I'm a trekkie so I really wanted to love it. I can't stand Seth McFarlane, though, and apparently it isn't just his animated shows like Family Guy or American Dad that I hate.

Have you had an emg done? Sometimes we're aware of something happening to our bodies before any test can really show it, and unfortunately sometimes that test is the emg.

That "push to the point of failure" is exactly how I've described my issues, and it really felt like it is a disorder in my muscles. And similarly my pain stops at rest. Turns out I have polyneuropathy, and I somehow acquired it before middle age, over the course of a few months, while perfectly healthy. It doesn't make sense, but I think there's a lot of new autoimmune and stress disorders that are cropping up that don't make sense yet

I play Stardew Valley sometimes, but it's not as fun as the pc version.

I've had Backpack Brawl for a while, and Balatro too. Most other games I don't play for longer than a month or so. I did play Super Snail for a long time because I liked my clubmates, but the bird update killed it for me lol

They went from enjoying an upward trend in tourism revenue across the country, to projections of $10+b in loss within six months. They're not going to get that much money from the American citizens they are encouraging to travel.

Shit, it isn't even really safe to travel across states anymore, who knows what they'll imply from your traffic data. A young woman traveled across state lines and needed medical care? Time to accuse her of an abortion, and tack on federal charges while they're at it.

Omg. I went to a Michio Kaku "lecture" like 15 years ago. Had no idea what he was about, it just seemed like an interesting way to spend an evening.

The entire hour and a half was painting his achievements like biggest thing since sliced bread, and trying to sell his books. I am still not even sure if he's educated in his field or if he fell into it by speaking with a patronizing affect

Edit: to answer your question. I enjoyed Live Long and Evolve: What Star Trek Can Teach Us about Evolution, Genetics, and Life on Other Worlds by Mohammed Noor

but I admit I haven't read it since I began my Biology degree. I'll have to read it again!

It’s going to be wonderful for our economy

I'm sure this has nothing to do with international tourism sharply dropping.

Ironic because quite a few of those that voted for this would be in nursing homes if they weren't politicians

The last movie I saw in a theater was Iron Man 2. That movie felt like an ad by itself, I'd be pissed if I had to sit through an additional half hour of more ads
