The fact that Alex Kurtzman keeps getting work reinforces my decision to just not bother.
Almacca
:checks trailers: meh
I can't think of any off the top of my head, but this bit by Peter Kay always has me in tears.
Also, the technical term is 'Mondegreen'
Edit: I'm also reminded of a Colin Hay one man show I went to years ago where he told a story about a bloke that requested the 'song about the goats' at a gig. Turns out it was Overkill - "Goats appear and fade away". He then went on to tell a long story about a sharehouse he lived in in his youth that decided to get a goat to keep the lawn down. Man that was a good show.
Surely 'X' isn't doing that? Say it ain't so!
Bricks? I bet even their shits lack consistency.
For what it’s worth, downvotes don’t show up on my instance, so people can downvote all they like, and I’ll never know the difference.
That seems like a good idea.
I'm glad you're enjoying them. I kind of noped out of Star Trek after the second J.J. Abrams film, and have only really been keeping up on them via Redlettermedia's reviews, so that may have coloured my view. :) They just seem to lack the optimism of the Roddenberry era. I reckon we could use some of that these days.
Star Trek sems to be doing a pretty good job of ruining Star Trek these days.
The Blondie cover from Like a Version that came up after that was pretty great as well.
Of course. How silly of me.
That was pretty chill. Very nice.
Not that it's important, but I don't understand the downvotes. Taste in music is very personal and subjective. If something's not to my taste, I just move on, but I don't downvote it.
Looking at recent posts, it looks like someone has just gone through and downvoted every one, which makes me wonder what they're even doing here if they don't like anything. Obviously I have no idea if it's even the same person doing it, but it seems odd.
Anyway, don't mind my rambling. I'm gonna listen to that EP again.
He cheats at golf as well.
