I agree organization and planning is needed.
But war is coming whether we like it or not.

Based on a recent stint in court, all the officers I saw had both a body cam that recorded AND a cell phone in a front facing pocket that could also be used to record.
I like to dream of this too, but current actions of Americans citizens means it's not coming to fruition.
