James Donald Bowman is a sack of fecal matter and puss.

And I'm glad people are deadnaming him, as I will in every thread or conversation I'm having about him.

I though cooperations were people.

Dus that man the death penalty can be applied?

I like the story but hate the fact it's all in separate tweets.

Frame said the ring likely used polonium-210 because it was the most accessible substance that could produce the alpha particles required to make the effect work. However, polonium-210 has a relatively short half-life of 138 days, meaning that approximately half the polonium in the ring would have been gone within about four and a half months. In other words, a vintage Atomic Bomb Ring isn't going to be producing any scintillations.

Even while the ring's effect was still happening, though, kids weren't really in danger. Alpha radiation can be dangerous when ingested, but it's also the easiest type of radiation to block — even a sheet of paper is enough

How many Michelin starred restaurants have you eaten in to arrive at this comparison?

The interesting thing is that it works even a as placebo.

The are several studies done with subjects drinking alcoholic beverages or non alcoholic alternatives (non known to subjects).

The non alcoholic group does show inebriated behavior, even though no alcohol is present.

It shows that the convention of being less inhibited whilst drinking is a social construct, rather than an effect of the drink.

Hi there! Just seeing if other people have the same issue that I have.

My i7 Geforce gtx 1650 laptop does play the game, but it feels a bit slow whenin dx11, a bit like theres a delay, or if my chars are moving through denser air.

If I switch to Vulkan the performance is way better and way more snappy. Only thing is that it crashes every time I get into a dialog.

So I am wondering if others do have the same problem, or have some insights. TYVM!

Many people know that Amerika was named after Amerigo Vespucci. It turns out tha Amerigo is the Medieval Italian name for Emmerich, a rather uninspiring German city close to the Dutch border.

When browsing on any other setting, at some point I'm back to local/active. This is annoying since when I switch back to another setting, it hasn't saved where I am, so I have to read through all the same posts again.
