Find a way to work a small amount of exercise into your daily routine. Walk places instead of driving, do some jumping jacks in the morning or before bed, something simple that you can get yourself to do without much stress or planning. If you do it consistently, even 10-20 minutes of exercise a day can make a big difference in the long run.

You are mistaken. Real doctors and patients made serious medical decisions based on the results from her tests.

One of the most troubling patient stories that Scavdis would learn about was the case of a pregnant woman whose Theranos test indicated that she was miscarrying. Gratefully, she later learned, she was not. Another woman revealed to Scavdis the pain and fear she experienced when her Theranos blood test indicated that her life-threatening ectopic pregnancy had been dissolved when, in fact, it had not.

Johnson has a lot more spine than I expected, I'll give him that. He's still horrible, though. If we're lucky the spending bill goes through and then he gets removed anyway.

I'm honestly surprised he's still alive. I know executions aren't legal in Norway, but I would have thought that someone would have killed him by now.

We get along okay. We don't have a lot in common but we can occasionally hang out and have fun playing games or something.

That was my first Discworld book also. Good times. Terry Pratchett was an amazing writer and a great human in general.
