A couple of years ago I locked myself out of my iPhone 11 permanently emntly as I forgot the code. Think it went into activation lock which I couldn’t open so I took it to a random shop where I think they “hard reset it “ or did something to the iCloud like disconnected it and all my iCloud data was lost/deleted seemingly permanently (that’s what the guy said) but the phone was workable. I want those photos back as very sentimental. I still use the same iCloud address but a new iPhone 13. Is it possible to recover? I do have a MacBook from the same period where the old phone should of synced with.I’ve tried contacting apple support, backing up the data and syncing.
Any help would be much appreciated! I’m not very techniqual when it comes to these things,
