Wow that’s crazy, I noticed something similar too. I had COVID a couple weeks ago (had it really bad!) and my heart rate was so high for a few days when I started wearing it again, it said I worked out for 30+ mins when I think it was just my heart working extra hard…

I feel like you might as well get the latest and greatest when it comes to tech, tech stuff gets outdated so quickly! Says the person who still had a series 3 watch haha
