I’m powering my home lab with an APC UPS running on four 12V-18Ah batteries. The total power consumption of my devices is around 100W, so theoretically I should get 8 hours runtime(12x18x4/100), but I understand I’ll never get that in reality.
So, what would be the proper way to test how long the UPS can actually run before it cuts off power, without damaging the batteries? I’m not sure if the APC UPS come with low voltage protection.
Thanks!
