The reality is that we have a ridiculously bad coaching staff. They are all newbies at the job. They are capable of winning against really bad teams. Poles has down a decent job building a foundation, and i think a leap will happen after this draft. However, I am definitely not sure about the ability of Getsy and possibly Flus to utilize the talent. Getsy is far more inept than Flus bc we are top 3 in run defense since Flus started running the defense.
Bottom line is that it is abundantly clear changes need to be made with the coaching staff.
Disgusted. Thats a horrible draft and a waste.
