Really because all my friends and family have it. Imessage , face time and airdrop make communication easy. Plus i have an iPad ,AirPods and a mac and i dont want to buy all new stuff. I personally think it’s stupid but there is a certain “in the club” type feeling iPhone users get and somebody value that feeling. It’s also sorta a status symbol in certain areas.
