Bought music for the first time in years, downloaded Petrodragonic Apocalypse in .flac, and played it on my surround sound system.
Sounded really good and I'm kind of a smooth brain for streaming Bandcamp (128kbps mp3) via Newpipe all this time. Even YouTube is better (160kbps opus on webm).
Oh boy, here I go building a music library again.

I've been working out with the goal of building strength & muscle for a while and didn't make much progress until I started what felt like over eating, and taking in at least 80g of protein per day. 10 more pounds until I hit my stretch goal weight and I'm at like 160g protein per day.
I recommend rowing, and Anthony's pea powder, for the curious.
