Welcome back old timer! Here's a link to pretty much exactly the apps you're looking for: https://wiki.servarr.com/ Happy sailing!

Ironically as a Canadian who had never run into this usage of punting I actually put it together thanks to my random knowledge of the Punt Gun, a massive single-shot shotgun from the Victorian era used to hunt entire flocks of waterfowl with one trigger pull. They were so large and powerful they couldn't be safely used when held by a person, so you'd lie down in a boat and brace it against the boat (which I suppose is now termed the punt)

They were eventually shunned due to being considered unsporting (and decimating the local population of bird with ease.)

Don't you know fetuses float? The tide will bring them to the true believers, just like Moses on the Nile /s

As a Gavin who only had singers and comedians to represent the name, the existence of that proud boy asshole definitely gave me similar feelings.

I'm afraid not, I've never been to France much less be familiar enough to claim to be one of them.

Reminds me of another: societies grow great when old men plant seeds for trees whose shade they know they'll never enjoy.

It's not that inscrutable: it's the beginning of a food fight

Nothing wrong with wanting to be more engaged. I don't like walking simulators either, largely because they seldom have enough else going on to engage me. This is why the Stanley Parable is so exceptional in my mind, all I'm doing is walking and I'm just as engaged as any other game I've played, which is a testament to the strength of it's writing.

I strongly recommend Kingdom with a friend, it helps shore up some of its occasionally rough edges. If all else fails pull up it's OST on Spotify/YouTube/Tidal and appreciate it
