i've tried them - but honestly after such a long time with out dairy they seemed a bit to greasy for me personally. But if you are into the taste they might be a very good alternative to ordinary plant milks!

That is of course quiet a difficult task. And will be very much in the hands of the moderators. Just like the countless mods that voluntarily keept reddit running. I'am quiet positive that we cant accomplish that even better here.
i do hope we can grow further while still remaining an open and friendly community encouraging everyone to comment their thoughts!
this! I hope we stay such a friendly and open-minded community where one doesn't have to fear to say/write their thoughts.

an own instance would be amazing for sure! However its still even possible to just use an existing instance for the old subreddit / new comunity.

is there an easy way for me to see the growth of Lemmy or specific instances? 🤩
i would like to get the posts that the person i am subscribed to be shown in my home feed. No matter if i am joined to the specific community that it was posted in. And if the subscribed person isn't on Lemmy their post could theoretically even be shown without an according community. But i'm not sure if i would want that.
oh wow that's a good hint! Whenever i tried making oat milk myself yet it ended up either slimy or otherwise to watery.
I wonder why i have never seen it as an ingredient in commercial plant milk yet.
