Murca should privatize the NSA if it's goal is to act in the interests of its oligarchs.
Private healthcare: your peasants pay 4 times what you should, and for worse outcomes.
Private utilities: your peasants pay 10 to 100 times what you should during disasters.
Private politicians: your peasants pay for representation and legislation of the oligarchs interests.
Private military, NSA, FBI and CIA: your peasants pay roughly half their taxes to be spied on, lied to, and ultimately disappeared when they cause any trouble.
