It's actually kind of an interesting story. Drafted, played, got popped for smoking weed, suspended, popped for it again, then went on the exempt list and the team changed ownership in the middle of it, he never applied for reinstatement for whatever reason and he just kinda... fell through the cracks. Crazy.
