Key Sleep as Android feature is a smart alarm which uses sensors (on phone or wearable) to determine when you are in a light sleep phase and will wake up more easily.
There have been cases like this in the past where the person suing has lost, effectively proving the claims true. I don't have much faith in the courts in Italy to deliver such a verdict but it would be funny.
I've run a Tor exit for 17 years and can assure you it doesn't have much to do with piracy.

Most likely I'd make plans face to face. I have spent too many hours on the phone with loved ones, but that's usually planned or expected. I don't like picking up the phone if I don't know who it is, and even then I'd often rather avoid. Just send me a message please instead.
I don't doubt your experience but there must be some other factor. I don't see any of those problems you report.
