I don't believe for one second that there are a significant number of people who want to keep the coaching staff and get rid of Fields.
Poles wants just that, and he actually matters. So 1 is a significant number in the Bears' case.

But yes the main problem with the Bears right now is the coaching staff and not the players.

When the weakest defense he'll face in the NFL is stronger than the strongest defense he's played in college, it's a major red flag that he turns into a pumpkin at the slightest hint of adversity.

Braxton blows floppy donkey dick at pass protection and is mediocre at run blocking. He's a capable backup and nothing more. Which is great for a 5th round pick. Most 5th round picks don't even make a final 53. But still bad. If we can upgrade from him we absolutely should.
