- Which window manager are you using?
- What typically 'fixed' it for me was switching to terminal ([CTRL]+[ALT]+[F3]) and afterwards switching back to the GUI again ([CTRL]+[ALT]+[F2]). It took a minute, but allowed me to resume my work.

I had issues on Pop_OS in combination with Wayland.

I think its ok to buy cheap memory but check it with f3 first.

Those free USB sticks in your drawer are somehow crappier than you thought in c/technology@lemmy.world

I just received my brand new Segate Exos X20 (actually, two of them, for my new ZFS pool), but I was wondering if it's genuine: https://i.imgur.com/OHdcjxb.png

Compared to the images online, there isn't the fancy Exos logo on top (image from web, for comparison).

Also, I read on the web that is more noisy that the average hard drive, so I was expecting to hear a noisy motor, but actually the motor itself is very quiet, I think quieter than the other drives I own, but the drive it's very noisy when it read or write data (it looks like there is a hamster wheel inside). Is it normal?

Also, not on this unit, but on the other one that I'm testing right now, I noticed a small dent on the enclosure. Should I be worried, or as far it works properly I should be fine? (I'm running a full disk test using f3, feel free to recommend me better tools)

I noted the driver's current role in brackets, of course Drugovich et. al. have had other roles/success earlier.

AlphaTauri will not run a rookie, they have already run rookies in both cars this year (de Vries & Lawson in car 1 throughout, Isack Hadjar in car 2 in Mexico).

Came here to advise running F3 to test the sd card, and make sure it's legit.

Turns out the Steam Deck does it on it's own when you use the steam UI formatter, Beautiful
