It's janky, but it's not bad
Just one of those Obsidian games where their vision exceeded their reach
My frame of reference is playing the release version on xbox 360 where i had no internet so i couldn't even get a patch. Still loved it, very unique game.
The pc port fixes a lot, especially if you dip into modding.
This game is so fucking nuts. An Obsidian game published by Sega that feels like Kojima wrote it. You really get the vibe when you find small things like the orphans created stat that it keeps track of.
Do not pay this price for it. I have a physical PC copy I got for six bucks. High seas.
