The question is which rules should be changed. Until he has no idea as to where red bull are gaining their advantage, there can be no calls to change the rules. They have already been burnt by the floor edge raise that they were the biggest proponents of.

The article mentions that Wolff doesn't want rule changes to slow down the competition. Yet apparently they advocated for rule changes to slow down the competition.
