They're probably fuggin worldwide at this point. Putin is stopping at nothing to turn this into WWIII.

I would imagine due to history that Russia has extremely deep networks of intelligence and military ops occurring constantly in Cuba since the 60s.

All because the tough diaper leader is afraid to massively conscript in the largest cities. That is why the vast majority of recruits, that have not been convicts, are from poor and ethnic minority regions.

Being reported as an invalid source, but I'm not able to find anything negative about them on the various bias sites, of course, there's nothing POSITIVE either... which isn't a good sign.

Story is being covered by Reuters, so I'll leave it for now. If someone can definitively point to them being a garbage source, PM me and I'll remove it.

I mean, given the historic relations between Cuba and Russia, I can't say I'm necessarily SURPRISED by it. It would be weirder if it were a country that you wouldn't commonly associate with Russia, like, I dunno, Belgium or somebody.
