I didn't like that in bloodborne. One of my few complaints. I also didn't like having to go through losing screens to have enemies respawn if I remember right.

For sure! Not a fan at all either. Took me out of the flow constantly during my first run.

Technically, you don't have to die to have them respawn: you can just port back to the Hunter’s Dream and re-enter the area and they will appear.

Being able to use more heals than normal on hard bosses is nice. Having to farm ever is something I try to avoid. So not a huge fan of it.

What's the cum dungeon?

Yea, same. I ran out of heals in both BB and Demon's Souls and ended up farming specific routes for hours to have a good surplus of heals available. Really annoying.

It's a chalice dungeon that was created or found by the community members of /r/tombprospectors that makes it incredibly easy to farm a bunch of blood echoes very quickly. Like, 10000 in a single run-through that's essentially 10 seconds long. The exact glyph is "cummmfpk". You just enter it as a glyph once you have access to chalice dungeons (killing the Blood-Starved Beast grants access to them) and farm away. Removes the need to farm echoes for heals, levels, weapons, upgrades etc.

The grass system in Demon's Souls was rough at first, but I eventually got used to it. It feels bad to use consumables in the Souls games, especially if you win a fight that you otherwise would have lost, simply because you have a bunch of stuff in your pockets.

I'm glad they capped it af 20 in bloodborne, but I still consider it a worse system than Estus.
