Reminds me of one of the gender options in Fallen London

If you enjoy people being unsure how to address you, this option will result in you being addressed as 'ah, Si-, er, Mad-, er, yes', regardless of context.

Reminds me of the episode of Eagleheart where an assassin kept killing judges in the courthouse because nobody could frisk them for guns as no one felt comfortable doing so

The episode goes in an odd direction from there, but seeing the guard scream "WHAT ARE YOU?" at the assassin is top-notch
