Big Boss actually is Santa, there's photographic proof and everything.
The odds that Santa has contacted Snake to deliver presents to individuals who are otherwise unreachable are very high. It's much more likely that Big Boss knew Santa personally than that Santa doesn't exist.
Good to know Big Boss is NOT a godless Santa denier.
