Edit: I'm... a bit shocked reading your comment and now I'm curious myself.
I did a quick lookup. Looks like it's just the usual "public figure hasn't been seen in public for a few weeks so they must be (CHOOSE ONE: Fed to dogs by Kim, Executed by the CCP, eloped with Bigfoot, secretly The Mothman) bullshit"
Well there's the added oddness that she's been "recovering from a surgery" since December which sounds a little odd to me considering the royal family had her in front of cameras within hours of giving birth to each of her kids. Plus that bizarre edited/ai generated picture of her and her kids that had all sorts of obvious issues like a green garden in full bloom in February and the classic ai finger gore.
I'm not conspiracy brained but I'm having a little fun with this one since it's a rare conspiracy theory that isn't immediately just antisemitic
