Fact that #Trump libeled #EJeanCarroll on CNBC is highly signif for proced reason in addition to substant.

Were EJean to sue Trump just for speech he gave in nw Ga the other day she prob wd have had to sue in District Ct for No. Dist of Ga.

But now that he libeled her on Squawk Box, anchored in Manhattan, she likely may now sue in Dist Ct for So Dist of NY

If she does, case wd be assigned to Judge Kaplan as a case related to earlier 2 cases that prod $88.3 mil in damages
