My favorite is something along the lines of, "we should not be concerned that god is on our side but whether we are on god's side"

Metatron acts as the voice of God. Any documented occasion when some yahoo claims God has spoken to them, they're speaking to me. Or they're talking to themselves.
- Dogma
Idk what Dogma as a proper noun is, but it's interesting Metatron has replaced the original God there too, as in His Dark Materials.
Dogma is a movie. Metatron is played by Alan Rickman.
This is how sin fails as a source of morality, since sin is allegedly wrongdoing against God, but as asserted by ministry based on a biased interpretation of scripture.
In the meantime, reciprocity and doing no harm is a great foundation.
I listen to Knowledge Fight, a podcast debunking Alex Jones in a more complete full episode format rather than clips. Most news sources skip how fucked up Alex Jones is about religion. He claims to hear both the devil and God talking to him, believes he has prophetic dreams, believes demons are both among us and extraterrestrial in nature.
A ton of what he believes is what "God told him", and he also prompts stochastic terrorism by saying you'll know when God tells you its time to get the guns. He says shit like "'Vengence is mine sayeth the LORD'... but we are also tools of God."
People who "hear" God are either mentally ill, justifying their own biases, or usually, both.
Just want to make sure y'all are aware you're quoting a priest here.
To your credit, she's arguing against the very expression of Christianity you love to hate.
