Halimede is a character for the visual novel Heaven Will Be Mine. There's a Twitter account where one of the developers larps as her: it's a trans woman pretending to be a cis lesbian chaser for a bit.

i have to disagree with halimede here, i think falin is cis and marcille is trans

but i think marcille got bottom surgery and falin kept the dragon parts she had down there, so their status as "having it" is accurate to halimede's take
this is just because i think it'd be funny and i'm a contrarian, i am very in favor of all the good art of trans falin i see over on tumblr
