I love that Quebec thinks it can control immigration in any way. Immigration is a federal jurisdiction, and once you're in Canada, you're in Canada. There is no way to restrict someone to a province. We don't have regulated internal borders and internal visas.

Just another example of bigotry in Quebec and trying to act like their own country. I'm glad the federal government finally said enough is enough and is allowing families to be reunited.
