It would come down to chasing bottlenecks blood would be a three first problem most likely then how fast can you really produce effective holy water also if you aren't careful about exhaust then you could end up with vampires escaping as dust
I wouldn't think you would need exhaust —should be a contained system, unless I'm missing something.
However I'm seriously skeptical about the power density of vampire regeneration.
Would a vampire be able to regenerate with even the force required to turn the engine?
And how long does regeneration take?
If they where laying down it might be more efficient then it would be closer to just changing the air pressure
Can increase efficiency by using a pope-compatible person to supply both blood & holywater
Seems a bit unethical if we’re being honest.

I was talking about the vampires. Aren’t they trapped in an endless prison of extreme torture? Personally I would not want to subject any sentient being to such conditions, not even a vampire.
They are used to hell, it is their natural habitat

My own weird fantasy worldbuilding thing:
Common people usually picture the vampires the usual way, as aristocracy living in seclusion in spooky fancy castles. But in actuality, most of them come from lower classes. Vampires had a whole little communist revolution because they had no civil rights (on the account of them being deceased), and set up their own little autonomous grand duchy. Vampires elsewhere get mildly tolerated as long as they behave themselves but still have to work crappy factory jobs... in the Night Shift. (title drop)
Just wait for the zombie engine. :D
