I've actually randomly stumbled upon a gringophile Brazilian article from 2014 that actually no joke said "it is good for the poor people that there exists poverty" because some Harvard professor wrote a book about it from his solid gold desk, and sadly the both authors are still alive. They managed to cram in so many capitalist myths and empty slogans in that short text it's pretty impressive actually.
